REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At MEDAGENCY LTD, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality services and products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand how we handle cancellations, refunds, returns, and disputes.
1. Refund Policy for Digital Services
Business Package (£44.99): Refunds are not provided for completed services. However, if a project is canceled within the first 24 hours of payment and no work has been started, you may request a full refund.
Starter Package (£11.99): Due to the affordable nature of this package, refunds are only provided if the project is canceled within the first 12 hours of payment, and no work has begun.
Enterprise Package (£69.99): If the work is unsatisfactory, we offer up to 2 free revisions. Refunds will only be considered if the project remains incomplete after 7 days of the agreed delivery time.
Professional Package (£29.99): Partial refunds are available if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of payment and less than 50% of the work has been completed.
2. Refund and Return Policy for Physical Products
We offer custom physical products such as Custom USB drives, branded merchandise, and other custom-designed items.
Conditions for Returns and Refunds:
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
Custom products are eligible for refunds only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product if there is an issue.
Non-Refundable Conditions:
Products that have been used, altered, or customized based on your specific requirements.
Requests made beyond the 7-day return window.
Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
Return Process:

We will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund or replacement.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds are not granted in the following cases:
Services have been completed and delivered as per the client’s initial brief.
Delays caused due to insufficient or delayed client communication or incomplete project briefs.
Requests made beyond the specified refund period mentioned above.
Services involving third-party platforms or integrations (e.g., domain registration, hosting).
4. Revisions and Edits
Each package includes a specific number of revisions:
Business Package: 3 revisions.
Starter Package: 1 revision.
Enterprise Package: Unlimited revisions (within the scope of the initial agreement).
Professional Package: 2 revisions.
Additional revisions beyond the package limit will incur extra charges.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to [email protected] within the refund eligibility period.
We reserve the right to assess the progress of the project before approving a refund or cancellation.
6. Payment Disputes
If you have concerns about your payment, we encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. Resolving issues directly helps avoid unnecessary delays and misunderstandings.
7. Delivery Time and Delays
Delivery times are specified for each package and product:
Business Package: 2 days.
Starter Package: 7 days.
Enterprise Package: 2 days.
Professional Package: 5 days.
Physical Products: Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
If we fail to meet the delivery time due to our own delays, we will offer a 10% discount on the service or an additional revision free of charge.
